Precision drivers are turned with the fingers while the palm holds the cap steady, so the cap has to rotate freely on a bearing. Otherwise the hand fights the tool. These do.
The handle compound is dissipative through its full thickness rather than surface-coated, so the ESD property survives wear. Surface resistance falls in the 10⁶–10⁹ Ω band that lets charge bleed off at a controlled rate instead of dumping it into the board.

Making a claim

Dispatch

Carriers
We ship with Canada Post, UPS, Purolator. Delivery is free on orders over $149.00; below that a flat rate of $14.95 applies. Tracking is emailed when the label is created.
Returns
Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days. Sharpening stones that have been wetted, abrasives that have been opened, and saw blades removed from their sleeve cannot be returned for hygiene and condition reasons unless faulty.
