Ships with a calibration certificate specific to the serial number on the tool, traceable under DIN EN ISO 6789. If your work is documented or audited, that certificate is the reason to buy this rather than something cheaper.
Accuracy is ±4% of reading across the range. The mechanism releases with an audible and tactile click and does not need to be caught. Over-travel past the click adds torque, which is the most common way people get a reading wrong.
Store it wound back to the lowest setting on the scale. Leaving a click wrench under spring load drifts the calibration.

Making a claim
Contact us at support@exelprod.com or (000) 000-0000 with your order number and a photograph of the fault. We handle the claim with the manufacturer on your behalf; you do not deal with them directly.

Dispatch

Carriers
We ship with Canada Post, UPS, Purolator. Delivery is free on orders over $149.00; below that a flat rate of $14.95 applies. Tracking is emailed when the label is created.
Returns
Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days. Sharpening stones that have been wetted, abrasives that have been opened, and saw blades removed from their sleeve cannot be returned for hygiene and condition reasons unless faulty.
