Abranet Sanding Discs, 125 mm, P180, 50 Pack

A conventional disc has six or eight extraction holes covering a few percent of its face, so dust packs into the abrasive everywhere else and the disc stops cutting long before the grit is worn out.

Abranet is a woven mesh coated with aluminium oxide. Extraction pulls through the entire surface, so the disc keeps cutting for several times longer and the finish stays even. It also means far less airborne dust at the bench.

Use with a net-compatible backing pad. Fitting these to a standard hole-pattern pad works but wastes most of the benefit.

Limitations

Warranty covers defects in material and manufacture only. It does not cover normal wear, consumable items, corrosion, or damage caused by using a tool outside its stated capacity or for a purpose it is not designed for. Where a product page states a specific exclusion, that exclusion applies.

Making a claim

Contact us at support@exelprod.com or (000) 000-0000 with your order number and a photograph of the fault. We handle the claim with the manufacturer on your behalf; you do not deal with them directly.

Dispatch

In-stock items are dispatched within 1–2 business days of order. Orders placed before 14:00 ET on a business day are picked the same day. This item is a special order with a lead time of 2 weeks; it is ordered from the maker on receipt of your order.

Carriers

We ship with Canada Post, UPS, Purolator. Delivery is free on orders over $149.00; below that a flat rate of $14.95 applies. Tracking is emailed when the label is created.

Returns

Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days. Sharpening stones that have been wetted, abrasives that have been opened, and saw blades removed from their sleeve cannot be returned for hygiene and condition reasons unless faulty.
