The Alligator is the simpler, slimmer sibling of the Cobra: groove-joint adjustment rather than push-button, which keeps the head narrow enough to work inside a cabinet or behind a fixture.
The head sits at 20° to the handles, which is the angle that lets you turn a fitting against a wall without barking your knuckles. Nine adjustment positions, self-locking on the work.

Making a claim
Contact us at support@exelprod.com or (000) 000-0000 with your order number and a photograph of the fault. We handle the claim with the manufacturer on your behalf; you do not deal with them directly.

Dispatch

Carriers
We ship with Canada Post, UPS, Purolator. Delivery is free on orders over $149.00; below that a flat rate of $14.95 applies. Tracking is emailed when the label is created.
Returns
Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days. Sharpening stones that have been wetted, abrasives that have been opened, and saw blades removed from their sleeve cannot be returned for hygiene and condition reasons unless faulty.
